From what I can tell, the link on the top ends with 202607DE and the one on the bottom is 202608

Other than that, they look to be similar links.

the black one the bxi2607 is the 2007 model and the white one the bxi2608 is the 2008 model. No actual difference and you can get those amps for a fraction of that price at other sites btw.
