Yeah and if I read further it says if you want sealed then go with the E8v2. I can never get a straight answer for Sundown products, probably because so many people tried their own experiment with it.

I'd stay start with .5 sealed and 100% polyfill if you plan to give it more than 400 watts. You can always make the box smaller but if it's too small then you'll have to make another box.

I'd definitely go with a different sub if you're wanting to go sealed.

You wont get the maximum performance from this driver in a sealed application, period. But if you just have to run it sealed and are set on the SA8, ~0.25 is what is recommended.
