This is from waaaaaayyy back in the late 90s when Eclipse just came out with their aluminum-coned woofers, what happened to this sub? The name "Millennium Audio" sounded pretty cool too.

That is late 90s. Around 98(ish) They were just a low budget company that didn't have the funding to keep them going. A lot of companies were on the fence from 96-2002. Many were bought out or died at that time.

Looks like Kove motor/basket...who knows on the soft parts.
