whats the best way to wire this setup

Actual power output for the Pyle pla4180

35 Watts RMS x4 @4ohms

50 Watts RMS x4 @2ohms

70 Watts RMS x2 @8ohms bridged

100 Watts RMS x2 @4ohms bridged

So your 6x9's will be getting 35 watts RMS each and the 2 subs will be getting 35 watts RMS each because they cannot be wired for a 4ohm mono load together.

(those subs are gonna sound like shit with that little power)

If I was you I would use the amp to power 4 regular speakers and then add a monoblock 1 channel subwoofer amplifier for the subs.

omg JLmatrix did not just say that... Clipping damages subs, and most of the time when you are sending a clipped signal to the subs, you are trying to compensate low power by turning up the gains way to high and sending a clipped signal. However if he keeps the gains right low power will not damage a sub. keep this in mind: if low power damages your sub, why not every time you turn your volume down you sub doesn't blow up/pop/burn/blow etc...
