Whats the best amp for the 18" Kicker?

I am putting an 18" Kicker SoloX in my car and need to know what amp(s) to use. I want to run it at 5000Watts. What would be the best Amp or Combination of amps to use for this. I am looking for top SPL. Oh, and the box will be ported(if it makes a difference).If there is a better 18" sub or combination of subs that I could get for about the same price please let me know. I think what these guys are trying to say is, if you don't even know what ohms are then maybe you don't need to start out with 5000w sub that weighs 150lbs.

Well I have friends who help me out with everything who understand all this shit as well as you guys do. I just figured I would try and figure some stuff out on my own so I don't always have to ask them everything that's all. I started out with a 13" w7 and the 1000.1 amp so it was easy to do that for me because I knew they we're both compatible and everything. I'm just trying to learn is all. Didn't know that was a big problem.....Oh and I would know not to turn the gain up to loud.....

I know a very little bit about this car audio thing, but to come and ask what an ohm is, while refering to your system of an 18" soloX... without any knowledge of whether there is a difference between a ported and sealed box... is just silly. Your asking to be flamed.
