whats should I do first??????

I just bought a 95 cavalier and I am wondering what I should do first???cold air intake,exaust,body kit,neons,....I basically want to have a fast enough car to make it look fast and pimped out without spending 4grand on a supercharger. Im not much for racing but Im also not much for a car that can look the part without the speed to back it up.

personally, i would get a intake, cat back exhaust system, and then lower it. i dont like neons, unless done right, which is hard. no need for a body kit unless you have the cavalier with the plastic gray bumpers, which you could just paint them or get a kit. but as he said, im sorry your car will not be fast without alotta money. but you can get intake, cat back, lower it, and maybe also new headers and it will be much more fun for you to drive, and you might be able to give some cars for a run for their money. i had a 4 cyl NA motor with intake, cat back, computer chip, and lowered, lower lip, etc, and i loved it, lots of fun to drive, chicks dug it, and i could run with some cars. then i upgraded and got a turbo car. but try used parts, i get 90% used parts, you get good deals for parts that still work perfectly fine, just make sure the parts arent crap. good luck, and if you have any questions ill see what i can do to help. sorry for the long post.
