whats louder

if i remember right ive heard of people with solid electrical being able to run hifonics brutus amps at .5 ohm. that is in your price range and should do about 3k at .5 ohm. just make **** sure your electrical is solid if you go with hifonics they are supppppper power hungry
Any other amp suggestions?

I have a 02 xlt explorer with 130 amp stock alt

One run of 0 guage

And 2 200 ah batteries

**** what kind of batteries are they? and if you wana run that much power i would suggest more than one run of 0 gauge especially with only a 130a alt. and i would try n get a used rd amp for get a aq 2200 and run it at a half ohm. n honestly i think you need to increase your budget on ur amp if you want it to be dependable and not be worried about shiet all the time

I'm gonna throw the BC2000D in the mix also,I've been running my nendo at .5ohms dailey for well over a year with no issues

Anyone who gives an answer to this is not giving good advice as there are too many variables to consider that are unknown here just cause it peroms better for one doesn't mean it will outperform every sub in every application it may not work best for you just like sundown is a great product however it is not always the best product for everyone.

Why would you ever go with a 4-inch coil over a good 3-inch for that power? OP is talking about 2k RMS right?

And has OP listed tuning hopes, box size, really anything besides "what's louder", which is impossible to answer without more information?

Yes...and because people think the 4" coil is just as efficient than the 3" coil.
