its easy to get away with stuff when your younger then 18. I was 17 when i was arrested or detained or whatever. I was parked and a cop pulled up and could smell it, they just cuffed me searched my truck then drove me home to my parents then like 6 months later i had to do the joins program which consists of different things to waste your time. But that was it no court or anything. My buddy who is about 19 now is going to jail cuz he was busted with e pills and other meds. think hes lookin at between 2 and 4 years.

E pills? How many? He may be in some serious shit and looking at more than 4 years.

well seein this kinda pisses me off..a few weeks ago i got caught having about 10 kids over drinking, im 19 with no previous record and am possibly getting two weeks in jail pending my trial, i have to go to court because the orginal hearing the judge felt i wasnt sorry enough so now i have no chance of accelerated rehab which would have allowed me 1 year probation and then cleared my record..its now on there for life pending a miracle in court...somethings i just dont get about the law..like how they know who sells coke and they dont pursue them in any way..

If you have no previous and you just got caught drinking or maybe with a little weed you will get a 'continued without a finding' after you finish your probation most likely. Never heard of anyone getting two weeks and a perminent record for a first offense.

Why did the first judge think you were not sorry? Did you go to court dressed like a wanksta?

I have a special pair of kakhis and a polo shirt just for court and funerals.

well delivery of alcohol to minors, and resisting arrest because they siad i didnt leave with them right away when they asked first..all adds up to a felony

i went to court in jacket and tie, khakis and nice shoes...she just felt that i didnt look like i was upset and sorry..i guess she was expecting me to cry or something??

same weekend a 17 year old got the same charge of delivery of alcohol to minors..30 hours community service..so my age killed me

shit son. i got popped with 2 clones. 4 undercovers surrounded us. by the time they got to me the i crushed the plants in my hand. but teh car reeked like teh cronics. OH NOES!. all the cops gave eachother high fives , slapped eachothers ***** ,said 'good bust!' and took me to jail. i was out in 5 hours on my first offence. went to this advocate program and now the charge isnt even on my record anymore...
