its easy to get away with stuff when your younger then 18. I was 17 when i was arrested or detained or whatever. I was parked and a cop pulled up and could smell it, they just cuffed me searched my truck then drove me home to my parents then like 6 months later i had to do the joins program which consists of different things to waste your time. But that was it no court or anything. My buddy who is about 19 now is going to jail cuz he was busted with e pills and other meds. think hes lookin at between 2 and 4 years.

cops really only look for those wigger kids around here that hustle to younger kids that have lbs in their doors n duffle bags with bricks. Users don't get hastled much its the sellers that do

Depends on where you are, here in MA I saw a guy while I was in court who got caught with 22lbs in a large trash bag that got nothing but six month probation and random drug tests because in MA I believe under 50lbs is just possesion providing it is all in the same bag. If they caught you with 5 dime bags you would get posession without a doubt and probably some serious probation if your first time.

Don't quote me on the '50 lbs' but I know its around there, most I ever carried was a couple elbows.

Here is norml laws here in MA, says six months probation for any amount as long as you are not charged with distribution. I asked the dude when I saw him in probation about 20 mins later and I was not hearing things. Yeah cops in seattle are cool about it, Ive walked out of my freinds jeep and smoke billowed out. Cop saw me and smelt me ( I walked right by him to get some grub) didn't do s***. He took a kids 40 though..... lame.

The key is being under 18.
