yes it does.when i wire my subs outta phase it cancels with my 6x9's. it is an extremely noticalbe difference

What? Not that I have ever known of, dude the phase is for balancing your subs out when you are running multiple subs. As long as everything is wired up right, gains are set correctly, filter is set right, and the sub is slamming then don't worry about it. It sounds to me that you are making a problem out of nothing.

aeros (4 - 4"), more space (hopefully about 5 CF but i may have to settle for 4.5)

and more bracing(picke up some all thread and big dowel rods today) and higher tuneing (whatever it comes out to with my ports, probly 36-38)

i dont really know what else to do to make it better

idk what you mean by your sub is hitting weird.... does it sometimes just **** in and out crazy? i know my buddys did it every once in a while and it was because of his wiring to his amp. maybe you should check all wiring if it is that kind of thing. if not, you should put up a vid.

ive checked my wiring like 10 times and im am convinced that my sub was ******* on when it hit, but it may have been the song

really 5 cubes to big??? i did a good job on my first box, i think its well built, the only thing i would redo is bracing, the slot port is the only brace, and the carpet is a little shappy

i used that acelleratorpedal site, mabey something was wrong with that

could it be my speaker wire? i used 14ga speaker wire but instead of useing each wire i twsted the two together to make 1 bigger wire, i dont think that would hurt becase i have + to + and - to- on all of them so it should be fine
