Ya im currently working on upgrading the big 3, i just heard if your battery dies so does your amp ?

if your lights black (aka brown) out then you can be having some real issues. that is where things will probably go bad.

they just slightly dim if im running the AC, head lights, and subwoofers with the bass boost all the way on..

How long do those yellow cap batteries last for? and if i upgraded to 2 13''w3v3's, wat size batteries would i need? and how much are they?

Hey man I bought a marine battery and stuffed it in my trunk. My civic uses a tiny 70 amp alternator and tiny little battery. So I'm now using two. Marine (boat) batteries are dirt cheap and they are deep cycle batteries. I payed 40 for mine and it's got normal terminals plus wing nut terminals so it's super easy to switch stuff out, change amps..etc... My system originally cut out any time my car was stopped. Now I can bump all day long any time no dimming or nothing.
