Whats a hard hitter box for this sub?

Im looking for deep hard hitting bass. It was in a "I think" 3 cubes @ 32hz with very little port area. Sounded alright and I was going to run it, but then the box couldnt fit into the trunk due to near cube dimensions. So id probably keep the 32hz but make it bigger and still be able to fit. 40" x 16" x 16" can be done, how much port area should I use? And how long would that be? The sub displaces .7 cubic feet.

I got the best box for that sub
