It has RE softparts, so i doubt it can take 2500. The guy who made it said about 1500 will be good.

then look for a 1500 watt amp like a kicker 1200.1 they usually bench around 1450.

When we where looking into an SX18 and RE 12.1 for my friend I was quoted $700 some odd dolars shipped. $320 for the 12.1 and the rest was for the SX.

This was rmaybe 2 months after they where relesed.

Oh, ya I think I got mine after that, so im sure the price went up.
