For 100 and under I always go jbl infinity. Can't beat them. 2ohm nice 100 dollar component set. Get coax for rear

I'm a little new to car audio and would love a good sounding set of 6x9's. What exactly is a B Stock Item? It will still play and function just as it should? Those are the 4-ohm speakers and I believe they will take 100-watts each or 200-watts per pair? Thank you very much for your help and info. Also, the price of a pair of B-stock CDT hd-690cfx is $130? I believe those are $200 on woofersetc when I looked them up, is this correct? Thanks.
