what you guys think of this deal?

So locally there is a 12w7 in the prowedge box with the 1000/1 amp for sale for 700 bucks. what do you guys think should I get it or not. the sub and amp look pretty good the only thing is that he screwed the amp to the box and he said he bought it from a catalog which kinda worries me. it plays since I listened to it so I dunno. what your guys opinions. thanks
