In a proper box, that 15 will do fine for a begginer. If you are new to car audio, it will likely seem "loud" to you, but after a month or 2 that feeling will wear off.

just get another one of the subs that you got. i remember over a year ago i was considering that exact same sub. it has a relatively low resonant frequency so if you have two, build a custom box tuned relatively low, it should sound decent and give you some "pound" since you'd effectively be quadrupling your output by doubling up

then if two of those isn't enough, you know you'll have to make your first of many upgrades haha
