having it a 4 door must be a heavy *** SUV.

They weigh in around 5,000lB I believe.

Actually, curb weight for a 2wd is 4432lb, 4wd is 4865.

You might want to check out a few more sales, go to local lots and such. After Katrina, the re-sell value on all suv's plummited, and as you can imagine, an older vehicle like these will have dropped even more. There is a man down the street who has been trying to sell his really clean Z71 Tahoe with all the goodies for $6,200 and has been unsuccessful.

They sure do, same as the 4.7's or whatever the new RAM 1500's have. I used and abused my daddies truck the other day when I went to drop off some trash at the dump. Lil' thing suprised the hell outa me.

It won't make much of a difference. Just like adding a passenger, well, a large passenger Anyways, with a motor this size, it will not make the difference like it would in a small displacement vehicle, like a Civic.
