The rears come out easy, but the frame is all the way across the floor with no room to run wiring under it.

Gotsta be talkin about the fronts. the back has that **** steel frame that runs all the way across. I just slit the carpet under the rear seat and ran my wiring through that. No way is 1/0 ga. going to fit between the seat frame and floor on mine.

3 runs of 1/0 under the carpet and comes up between the back seats





Then into two bat cap 400's







The 2nd bat cap out the the 1000/1



All power comes from the SP 1700 and Iraggi 220 Amp under the hood.

thanks, yea thats why i like the tahoe so much, easy to run big wire. and you have lots of room for a big box for your subs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif i just need more batteries now cause i have a voltage drop when i get the volume up there.

yea, i thought it would not lol i took it to 2 diff stero shops and they both read out that the 1000/1 draws 170 amps, and the car needs about 40 or so i think to run so the 175 amp idle its supposed to put out is not cutting it. Jesus and now I know why I never will own a SUV. GAS is crazyiness, lol! I would never make my house payment with gas like that.

But speaking about sounds and all. My buddy has a brand new Envoy that slams like no other. Dont rattle or nothing. Very clean. So if you have the money, then get that.

Im telling you, look at the bravada's......Same thing as a blazer, just with automatic 4 wheel drive and upgraded interiors......

i've always been infatuated with the 2-dr tahoe/yukon. any of u guys know what years and motors came with them? is should be too much of an issue since the roadmonster old tbi 5.7 v8 guzzles. the 22gal tank is a b!tch to fill.

Just do some searches on the internet. The problem is that no 2 vehicles that are the same make will get the same mileage. Especially used ones or a few years old. Maintanace is a huge factor in mileage and reliability. I think all of them until the engine change came with the 5.7 and then went to the 5.3.
