anyways...............think those pg's will sound alright? i'm gonna build a different box (2.5cf sealed) for the sonance and put it on the rear seat behind me , i know it wont sound as good as it did in the van but ****it.

They don't look too bad, man. You could always spend $10 more and give the Crescendo CCX65's a try. They don't look bad either.

i can prolly get the pg's and crescendo's pretty cheap. both companies are based in clearwater,fl i think.

can i go to them and buy them cheaper than online?

6.5's will work up front. but do they make 5.25's? i think i can mod my rear panels to fit 5.25's

I don't know if they do anything other than online sales, man. You'd have to look into that. I'd assume that if they accept walk in customers that you'd save on shipping. I think Crescendo's pricing includes s&h, but it'd have to be a little less if the s&h is removed from the equation...

but then he upgraded to a pair of sony 3way's , a full-logic sony tape deck , and a sony 50x50 amp. shit was sick!!

yeah. i like the looks of the crescendos. the look better built than the pg's. maybe get 2 pairs. and use the 4x6 holes to plate mount the rear tweets and carpet some mdf plates to fit the rear woofers in the side pockets in the rear seat area.
