wow, your fault for not getting the right measurements right the first time. How can you even think its his FAULT in any way? I mean maybe he could have asked you to make sure it was going to fit etc, but thats not his responsibility to do so. This is like Kindergarten school shi t. "Teacher its not my fault I punched robert he was making stupid faces at me" Man the fuc k up and take responsibilty for your actions. You say he made a good box, so get him to build another box for you THE RIGHT SIZE, and then sell this box you have that wont fit. Learn from your mistakes and stop blaming people when the root of the problem is 100% YOU. I know tons of people like you, and it always amazes me how fuc k people try everything under the sun to not take responsibility for their actions.

Theres nothing to resolve! He gave you the product you asked for, if it was off and that was the cause of it not being able to fit, thats completly different. Someone can sell you an amp and say it does 4kw @ 1ohm but then you do a chargeback on them because your imp rise is going to 3?

How did he fail to do his job? So your saying the box you payed for was not built how you said you wanted it? It was not built within the dimensions you gave? If it was then you deserve a ban for being an asshat who was going to chargeback on a legit seller and builder! As much as you think ignorance is an excuse, its not!

Poor packaging, taking a month to ship something when he told me a week and miss communication. For the fifteenth time. I'm not a ****ing box builder. All I gave him were measurements of the trunk. It is what it is.

I can't believe the OP still thinks it's not his fault. It is 100% your fault. Just because you are too much of a newb to know that it has to fit through your trunk opening first doesn't mean he should be like "well he gave me these measurements but I should really make sure it'll fit into his trunk. He might be really stupid."

next time once someone gives you the exact size of the box they will build you need to get cardboard and make a box the same size and see if it fits in your car.
