What would be a Better Sub 15" RE SX or Kicker 15" L7?

What would be a better sub, both are rated at 1000 rms each, i want to get 2 15s, do you think these subs can take around 1300-1500 rms each? what is a louder sub, plus sounds better thanks

**** thats pretty bad *** vid well im not sure which would have been better since i have never heard any of them before but there bought the same price for 2 on ebay, also i thought the squares would be aliitle louder then round ones thanks guys

More cone area in a box with proper airspace would definitely be louder. What kind of vehicle is this going in?

yea thats the thing though i wont have the biggest box yet till i can get me a new vehicle, right now it would be in a tight fit box, but i would rather buy the 18s and just use them in a small box temp till i can put them in a big box, that way i wouldnt have to re buy some subs

The L7's may get a little louder, but all of the L7 setups I've heard sound sloppy. I dont think the difference in sound quality makes up for the gain in spl.

I have and L7's are louder...and sound better then most give them credit for..
