hope you have a job lined up already, cuz upstate new york is a ghost town for jobs. i got while the getting was good. taxes way too high and so are the gas prices.

the job market is fine. upstate gas prices are around 3.40 3.50 and the only problem with taxes is the 3 dollar tax on cigarettes where do you get your info?

well when it was me my mom and my girl it was ok then it went south real fast. my mom feels everyone must respect her and do what she wants. my girl dont work and for that my mom felt she was bad for me. so now my girl comes over and vist's for the weekend. me and my girl get along she has asked me if i will clean up better when we move. she has thrown that out there a few times over the past week about us moving.

I agree with Mike that it's her house and you should respect her but if your paying her rent I don't think she should expect to be given anymore respect then I give my landlord...

well me and my girl are heading north so it should work out well. i do wish we had a extra 200-500. its gona b a real bad month nothing in the apr but a few chairs mayb a bed or 2 lol. we have to take her mom in well who cant really do much for her self so it adds a little extra stress.

my info came from living in Syracuse all my life. i pay 200/year less property taxes on a $160,000 house here in NC than i did for a $45,000 house up there. sales tax was a full 3% lower when i moved down here. our gas on average is .50 cents a gallon cheaper. the job market is fine if you have an education. CNY is a dead zone for blue collard workers. Carrier left, GM left, Chrysler is packing now getting ready to leave. but i will say that Caterpillar, Toyota, Google, Ralph Lauren are all building factory's here though
