3/4" Mdf

some thin MDF is fine... 3/8 if they have it, or 1/2

went and got some 1/2" mdf.

also got some RV GOOP to glue/seal my weather strip onto my door better. It is connected to the door with pins every 6" or so. So there are gaps that let water in. I have been trying to figure out where the water was coming from in my doors and so I took it to the car wash and immediatly after I was done I opened my door to see where it was coming from. Now all I have to do, I hope, is seal this sucker up and it will be fine.

your going to get a little moisture in there no matter what u do.
