What to use to crimp wire?

Vases would usually break if you tried crimping wire with them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

What's the purpose of the rubber mallet?
You need something to hammer the crimp...the crimping tool only gives the indentation in the connector you need, but you still need something to provide force.

I tried a sledge hammer the other day....works much better then the vice if you have huevos //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Thats is a cool thingy you got there. This is how I did mine............
