well bro if you remember we have similar systems.

I have 2 - Skar 12's on a Fosgate 1,500 like you.

I have no rear speakers and run some old school MB Quart QSD's on 200 watts RMS per side for the front in well sealed doors.

Today there are tons of good choices for front speakers.

I recommend a componet set of 6 1/2's for the front

MDF rings to mount them on

Fully seal your doors using sheet metal and deadner

150 RMS x 2 amp

Run new wires to doors

yes that was an actual response after 3 pages that actually made some sence.

now what is the cost of all of this?

what is a good canadian retailer site i could find some speakers like this.

and are you saying 2 amps for my speakers?

and sheet metal and deadener, would just dedener be fine, i mean i drive a newer 2006, how wouldi put sheet metal in my doors like that. haha

ok - when you take off your door panels you will see some large holes in the door.

You need to cut some sheet metal a bit larger than those holes and glue the sheet metal to your doors.

Once you have all the large holes covered up on your doors you would then cover the whole door with deadner.

I run a 200 watt RMS x 2 amp but that is over kill

I recommended a 150x2 RMS amp for your needs.

that would probably rattle less, now how do i get rid of the vibrations in my rear? my back windshield makes a terrible noise..

bump, also would running 0g wire be easy through a newer car like this/?
