Sup guys, i need your help, i am either going to get 1 12'' or 2 10'' solobarics 4 ohm DVC L5s. however, i don't know which one! what would be better, i m thinkin if i get one 12'', i 'll prob get a vented enclosure, if i get 2 10'' i'll get a sealed one. what do u guys think? i like rap music mostly, n i want my subs to boom, but i don't want my car to rattle. or wat do u guys recommend? it's for daily booming driver.

also, i might need a new amp, mine is only 2x300 peak prob, so like around 300rms for both channels. what do u guys think of the JBL ones? prob 600.1

I personally would get the 1 12" in the ported box. It will be plenty of boom. Plus you'll have the extra money saved from the second sub to spend on an amp. ...Good choices. All I wanted to add is that if you find yourself having to save for a bit before you can buy the JBL, then you can bridge your current amp for between 400 to 600 watts (depending on what amp it is) to your L5. That would help get you by in the mean time.

my audiobahn a2600e i think is a 2x300peak, so 2x150 rms. dat would give me around 400 to 600watts? cool. frraksure, wat do u think is better, one 12 or 2 10s? n in which type of box? the jbl600.1 shouldn't be too much power for just one 12 right? i think the 12 L5 is rated at 600watts rms. it's a 0.1% THD acceptable? if i bump the volume high, high, really high //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
