what to get for my 99 accord?

I have a 99 accord sedan. I like rap and I also listen to rock and lots of talk shows. I want a system that has clarity but also has a boom. I am not trying to broadcast my music for the whole neighborhood, but I want it loud enough to shake the cars around me. So far I replaced the hu and the front speakers. I got a JVC KDHDR1 for a hu and pioneer TSG1641R for front speakers.

I am on a very low budget (300-400). I am looking for rear deck spks, an amp(s), and subs. Any suggestions? I was looking into infinity and alpine for rear deck. Other than that, I haven't decided. Thanks ahead!

no really, best best is a 5 ch, and a small 10" or 12" eclipse sub, like 500 rmsish
