What to do if you get screwed?!?! Help

Alright I love buying items off of here

But I've just been screwed on a amp I've purchased off here

Not going to name anyone I'm not that kinda of person

He may not have known an it's immature

But I bought it an when the amp got here it was in decent condition

But no oe box now today I got to test it an it makes a horrid screeching squealing noised when powered then alters in an out of protect.

What options do I have to get my money or attests most of my money back

I would make sure that it is actually the amp and not some wiring issue before calling out anyone anonymously... I'm just saying, I seen amps make all sorts of wierd noises and go into protect only to find out it was a wiring or rca issue...

Maybe bench test it or get it bench tested?

This, i bought an amp from someone about a month ago. Sound was going in and out at full tilt, so i removed amp and sent it off for repair/testing. Only to figure out a week later would actually do the same thing with different amp. Switched out a 1.5 ft rca cable i had running to mono amp and problem fixed.
