The problem almost certainly lies in the enclosure. It could be a port position problem, port area problem, or pressure transfer problem inside the enclosure.

Ya honestly the human ear wouldnt hear 300-100 watt rms difference. I have seen some say 500 even.

could also be that the kicker amp sounds better then the lanzar amp better parts etc. but i'd go with box also
