What subwoofer should i get?

I am currently trying to sell my two jbl gto subs. They've worked great for me and ive been very pleased with the output on these subs. however i want more power. I have looked up tons of diffrent kind of subwoofers and have heard tons of diffrent reviews on many of them. I want to know what would be the best sounding woofer for a sub pushing 700 wrms@ 2 ohm or 400 wrms @ 4 ohm.

"Best sounding" is very subjective, so you will get a bunch of different opinions on that.

What's your budget like?

Sub size preference?

Ported, sealed or doesn't matter?

In order to get a specific reply, you need to ask a specific question. Otherwise, nobody will bother responding, reply like I have or just mock you.

My budget is kind of limited. like around $300 for 2 subs. when i said best sounding i ment a sub that sounds AMAZING! Very smooth, crisp, clean, etc.

Get either a single dc lvl 4 or 2 dc lvl 3's.

sell your pos amp and buy a sundown sae1200, they can be had used for pretty cheap (170ish)

2 infinity kappa perfects.

I will say that using the same amount of power and the same size subs will not yield that much difference in output.

Ok. Thanks. My amp really isnt a pos. Just not one of the higher rms amps that jbl makes. i have the JBL GTO 700.1. I got it to go with my subs.

I havent really heard of sundown...but from what people are selling and stuff they seem to be pretty good?
