American Bass XD1044I have a silverado crew cab and im on a budget built. I already installed 4 pioneer 2 way speakers on my truck just for voice, but I still need my voice amp. I bought myself a fosgate 150hd for my 2 subs. What subs should i get to go along with the fosgate? I can get 2 brand new 12" cvr kickers for 140.
p.s- i posted this exact question in a wrong section. srry
I saw and heard 8 of these in the back bed of an old 87 chevy with a bed cut,on a pair of old MA Audio amps in Austin last year and they sounded excellent,With the mounting depth you shouldnt have an issue getting a sub under each seat after removing the jack storage in most Chevys from 96 upAmerican Bass XD1044Id place a pair of these jokers under the seats down fired and ported on that amp, but for that R.Fosgate 150 HD,for a pair, you'll need to get a pair of DVC 2 ohm and wire down to 2 ohms to run stable on that amp, or for a single 10/or 12,youll need a DVC 4 ohm and wire down to 2 ohms.If thats the Old school 150HD.Great amps and plenty of power to push both tens pretty nice
yea man 2 8s would sound better than qcrammed 12's you got more space behind the seat than under the seat?its a 04, i was thinking of making my own box that goes behind the rear seat. So if i go with 2 8's would be good?
