What subs are best running off of 250rms?

I'm looking around to see what subs (or brand) would sound best with an amp of 250rms. I am looking mainly for 12's in a sealed box. Let me know your opinion. I listen to a lot of pop, hip hop, and rap in my 1999 chevy blazer.

I think I'll have the second that Image Dynamic IDQ **** good woofer for low wattage. Or possibly a JL W3 but those are more expensive.

My Shiva is capable of some serious wangage off 250wrms in a 1.5 cube sealed enclosure.
