what sub to get?

[93 saturn sl2 10+ year member]

I have about $100 some dollars and I want to get a new sub. Ive been looking at the 12" type Rs off of ebay, do you think it is safe to get one off of there? What sub would you reccomend?

Needs to be 4ohms so dual 2 ohm coils

500WRMS

and has to sound good in a ported box that I will get built to the subs specs.

I would assume it would be or you could save up a little more and get one at Best Buy or off a online retail site.
