what speakers do you power from your HU

Sorry if this has been asked before (dont know how to phrase this in search engine) looking for a 4 channel amp im going with 2 speakers in the back for rear fill and a set of componets for the front and 2 tweeters thrown in there somewhere. Never powered my interior speakers with a amp before so any help would be appriciated. so do i run all the speakers to the amp or maybe just the front or back? what do i leave for the HU? thanks

I use to run all my polk audio momo speakers from my head unit it didnt sound bad at all.

No problem I have also ran other speakers from the head unit. You can basically run just about any speaker off of a head unit but even though it says 60 watts max on the head unit its only like 7 watts RMS. Thats why after I saved up enough money I got my amp to power them they sound even better now and can go much louder as well.

Ive always done that as well but the head unit im using for this install (JVC with the 3.5screen i think its the avex1 had it for 3 years) when i used this radio in the past it would always become drowned out by my subs no matter how i adjusted it, my clarion in my truck doesnt have that problem

I am running 4 tweeters on the pillars off the head unit. Everything else on amps.
