where can i find out what size speakers are used in the car and their power rating/handling?

it's an 05 caddy STS V8 with the bose 15 speaker setup

i'm thinking about just doing the main ones - lower front doors, rear doors, rear deck (minus sub).

i know i'd spend an arm and a leg to replace everything that's why i'm thinking of just doing the main speakers right now then doing high's, center channel and the speakers in the seats.

anyone got any ideas? i've asked on the caddy forum but the entire thing moves at a snails pace over there!

car manual? or cadillac website? or call customer support?

im sure its gotta be there somewhere, but it will take some work.

or you can always take everything out and look

You will not be able to just relpace the stock speakers because the Bose speakers are 2ohms. You will have to replace all of them and do an amp bypass. Power wise the Bose amps pushes from 25-30 watts per channel. If you try to replace them with aftermarket you will get next to no volume out of them.
