14 inch HX wheels FTW! They look good, there cheap, and there light. I'd go with 15's if you don't want those. 16's would work too, but anything larger than that is just retarded on a small car.

I dont know why people are telling you not to get 18's. If not 18's, then do 17's with a drop and would look killer!

I had 18's on my z cav and was handling perfectly fine and was running low 12's with it. Had a lot under the hood though.

Right, well I do currently own an 89 civic hatch and 95 civic. I have many friends with EF hatches with multiple sized rims. My first car was an 88 civic hatch. Oh and to the original poster the bigger you go with wheels, the more expensive tires will be, another reason why I wouldn't go too big. I have a friend with an EF hatch that just went from 17's to stock 13's for this reason and also he liked the way it handled with the smaller wheels (easier on the arms when ya don't have power steering).
