What are your goals? 1.25 tuned to 30 looks pretty good for an SQ oriented alignment.

SQ for the most part, but I want it to get decently loud too. How about 1.25 or 1.5 tuned to 35?

SQ for the most part, but I want it to get decently loud too. How about 1.25 or 1.5 tuned to 35?

1.25 to 1.5 tuned to 35 would work ok, too -- you can expect a bigger in-car peak around 40 Hz, and a little less output below that... but it won't be a huge difference.
Sure, I'll design you a box: 1.5 cu ft. tuned to 35 Hz. Do 18 sq. in. of port area (1.5" x 12.5"), 25.75" long. I know, that's not what you wanted...

I think I got one on the RE Enclosure Calculator....1.66 cu ft (before sub displacement) tuned to 35 hz, with 21 sq in of port area.
