what size box for 12" alpine type e's?

I was wondering what if anyone of you were using the alpine 12" type e's, and what size box you were using. Right now i have one thats about 1 cube per sub, and sealed. I am looking to get more bass at lower volumes and i am thinkin a box might help.

If it did make a difference at all it would probably be so slight as to be undetectable.

If you put them in a ported box it would give you a nice boost, but just a bigger sealed box won't do much.

Thanks thats what i wanted to know. I am thinkin about getting type r's and putting them in my box i have now, i dont want to put a big ported box in my truck.
