what size Aeroport??

hey is there any sub box guru's out there that can tell me what size Aeroport (or any pipe style port) this will work out to? - 154.83cm2 X 27.58cm long.... thanks for any help

Where'd you get those measurements from? 154cm^2 equals roughly the same area as a 5.5" circular port.

And 27.58cm equals roughly 10.875".

being that i probably wont find a 5.5" tube is there any way of making it a 4" or 5" and just longer or shorter to compensate?

what size box? you may be best with a 6" aero

if your not doing true aero w/ flared ends your going to need larger pipe as the flares make it much more efficient

would i be best off making a rectangular port then? and if so any you guys know what lengths the sides need to be to get that area?

to get the sides for the port figure out what you want the longer side to be usually the length of 1 dim of the box. and divide the area by that

that will give you your answer
