What should I put in my truck?

well since this will be my first time installing a new car audio system in my truck let me ask what should be good. let me first state what type of truck i have and what kind of money we are talking about. i have a 2005 GMC Sierra Crew Cab Z71. should i take the back seats out and just put a big box or put the box behind the back seats, considering that there isn't much room to put subs under the seat or in the floor board, possibly put the box on the back seat but lose seating compacity, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO someone help? Money wise, well I would say money isn't an option, but on this one i will probably be building an audio system over time so probably around a good $2500 - $3000. What kinda head unit, I want a in-dash dvd w/o gps, some good subs/amp(s), some new door speakers, something that will rattle the persons vehicle next to me and possibly shatter glass (but we don't wanna replace no dang windows)

So now I'm opening the forum up for suggestions on what I should purchase and links as well to where I could find them the cheapest.
