what pair of 10"?

just wondering what would sound better 2 10 hdc3 or 3 dd1508's in a box appropiate for both and powered by around 2400 rms.

he has them sold already. I talked to him and he said that he can custom build me some 10's for what i want them. He said those 10's compared to the hdc3 but the hdc3 are like 209 brand new

Type R subs dont really impress me. Had 2 15's and I wasnt impressed

I had 2 15 inch Type R's about 2 years ago and didn't like them myself.
