What needs to be done for 3500watts?

Hello all! I am planning on completely redoing my current setup which includes:

• Memphis Power Reference 1000.1
  
• 4 Kicker CVR 12s
  

Im planning to upgrade to the following:

• SAZ-3500D V2 (or better if someone knows)
  
• 4 Sundown Audio SA-12D2s
  

I know my electrical is going to need a huge overhaul and upgrade. Would a 250 amp alt & maybe 2 XS Power D3400 if two is needed. Would that be correct? Vehicle is a 2004 F-150. Sub-box is a blow-through and takes up the whole bed.
