just was sitting here reading some threads/posts and why is it that the RF punch Line of Amps and esprecially Subs get's bashed so much? They can't be that bad...

Because the Punch line isn't what it used to be. I have a Punch 500a2 and that thing is a champ. Ran it at 1 ohm on accident for a full 2 weeks and it only got warm.
