What kind of package do i need for subwoofer installation?

Im going to get a 4ga. Wiring kit for my 2 12" type r's and was wondering what had to be included in the kit because some kits have more stuff than other kits... thanks

Power wire, ground wire, RCA, remote wire, speaker wire, inline fuse holder, wire ties, wire loom, various terminals (spade, ring)

Thanks... some higher end kits use gold battery tie downs and other things.. what are they for?

Connectors so you can connect your power wire to your battery terminal ? You'll need one of those as well.

If you need it, a firewall gromment.

Some kits are sold with the connectors already on them for the ground screw and the battery terminal hook up. Some even have the inline fuse holder 12" or so away from the end of the wire.
