what kind of out put w/ this set up?

i have a lanzar 530, 75+4 + 100+1, 1000 watts max

300+2 +400+1 bridged

question is it says it can run on tri mode how much out put would i

get in this mode or if i bridged two chs. hooked two up reg and one sub

im looking for the bridged out put power. the bridged ch. speakers are

rated at 200 rms reg ch at 60rms sub at 200rms any help would sure help
