those are nice houses indeed. houston has areas like that too. but are spread out all over the place. sugarland is one of em. so is the memorial/heights area. holy shit that area is nice, and is like 5 minutes from downtown. one of my drivers delivers over there for fedex and he's delivered stuff to mario williams(texans player) and various others. mostly new money though in that area

can't forget the woodlands. supposedly one of the top 5 richest areas in the southeast.
