It wouldn't be term really, more of a descriptive phase: federal tax dollars tend to flow from blue to red states.

How much taxes does the black population of Mississippi pay each year? What percentage of federal funds given to Mississippi is being used solely for the benefit of people with African ancestry? In fact, how much federal money that goes into those low population states would still be needed to maintain infrastructure and comply with various federal mandates (largely education related) if we were to halve the populations of those states? Do you count fantastic amounts of government money being pissed away on federal employees and contracts in certain states when you consider whether or not a state is a net taker?

It’s not my “view” or “opinion”, it’s an economic fact that of the top 10 taker states, the overwhelming majority are Republican. Either 7 or 8 out of 10.

This was my point and reason for me making the statements I made. Just because the state votes a certain color doesn't mean that is who is using all the "assistance" or the majority of. It's misleading.

Those federal funds go to a lot more than food stamps, to include VA programs, healthcare, infrastructure, etc. .

Food Stamps was just ONE example. It just happens to cover more Democrat users than Republicans
How about the VA... Generally older people using VA benefits right, who also typically vote Democrat. Healthcare... Elderly? Democrats typically as well? Infrastructure... like police funding? Like in inner cities where they need more funding for fighting crime which is typically done by who? Who also typically vote for Democrats.

I am not suggestion that the voters don't represent the overall population of the states. What you are refusing to acknowledge is that just because the majority of a state votes a certain way does not mean the majority of the residence using assistance also votes the same way. What you are going off of for your position is an assumption. Unless you poll every person in each state then you do not know with certainty who is using the assistance's.
