Sorry to hear about your dogs. I hope you find them safe and sound. I'm suprised that the police didnt question that being as yall were on the guys property!

I dont think that matters... You go on someone elses property and mace them, that seems pretty iffy to me. The story I read the guy broke up a street brawl and then was attacked by several guys before he maced them, still got charged with assault. I see your point but at the same time I'd be careful who I maced and where. lol

Two way street here, you should have been proactive and have done something about that hole on your side of the yard. Neightbors fence or not it is your right to seal off your side of the property.
***** you lost your animals but you could have avoided it, if they neighbor is being a **** and "busting" holes in his own fence build your own on your side of it and if he breaks that one down call the cops for destruction of property.

The whole was created while I was inside. There was no way for them to get out of the yard when they went out.

There is more to the story, with the neighbor and it is based off of the fence and his lack of willing to help with getting it fixed.

I seen a few ask about him getting on here, I don't see us talking anytime soon so I'm not sure how to manage that one. Not to mention considering his actions and thought process I do not think he would care enough to worry about a forum which has basis on his life or actions.

Or the third option that I suggested that these dogs while innocent looking (like most are) are actually louod annoying ******* pests (like most are) for the majority of the day and he'd finally had it.

Course, considering where Rabbit lives, the guy could just be a meth head too. We won't know unless Rabbit gives us more information.

Our dogs are kept inside 99% of the time. The house is well built and insulated and if/when they do bark and carry on you can not hear them very well at all outside.

I live in a very nice subdivision just outside of OKC. Not some broke done gasta land or something.

I'm not to worried about him. Our neighbor from across the street though, he would worry a bit. Good thing he is on my side of things.
