My buddy gave me this HU as it was sitting around his house.

I can see that its an alpine but im unsure of the model.

Any help on this?

Also what would I need to wire this into my truck?

looks like an unbadged alpine monitor of sorts...

take the cage off and look for a model number

u will need a pigtail for it. but you will need a model number to know what that will be.

pigtail = wiring harness plug.

I know its an alpine, there a alpine label on it on the inside....

Nah didnt steal it, i found out he has the brain with the harness and crap, but its just all tangled up in the back of his old truck.
