What is the right amp for me????

Someone help me out,

I power a set of components (Rainbow SLC's -- 4 ohms) and a sub (AA Assasin -- 4 ohms) through a 4-channel amp. I want to give the rainbows in excess of 100 watts and I want to give the assasin the full 350 watts. Which amp (under $300) can I use?

You can give the Assassin 340 watts and the Rainbows 85w per side before taking into account HiFonics' penchant for slightly overrating their gear...

Well, could u suggest one please that would give the rainbows more than 100 watts and the assasin the full 350 watts
